She will provide you with a customized approach that will help you fall in love with training and empower you to stay accountable.

In keeping with Eat Train Love’s holistic approach, your journey with us is two-fold. Along with a postural and movement analysis, there is also a discussion of your lifestyle and goals. You will be taken through a variety of exercises to assess your strength, fitness and coordination so that a bespoke training strategy can be mapped out for you, and postural issues or imbalances can be identified and addressed. 

Whether you are training one on one, with a buddy, or in a small group, Cheryl’s dedication and attention to technique will help you cultivate a body that moves better, feels stronger and exudes confidence.

• Intro Session: $100 *Valid once for new clients only

• Solo Session: $120 or $1150 for 10 sessions

• Buddy Session: $75 each


• Small Group Session: $45 each or $400 for 10 sessions

Classes are inclusive and progressive, so regardless of fitness level or ability, all are welcome. Exercises are taught safely with demonstration of correct form and alignment; progressions for those who wish to advance each movement; or modifications for those with limitations such as injury or pre/post-natal issues. 

Class Descriptions:

SWEAT

Good things come to those who sweat! Get ready for good vibes and a tonne of fun in this Sweat Sesh. Combining HIIT (high intensity interval training), ZUU primal movements and Pilates core conditioning, this class is focused on developing functional strength through range. Set against the stunning backdrop of Marina Bay, expect to come out of class smiling with increased strength, speed, agility and a strong core in this total body workout.   

DEFINE

Sweat like a beast and feel like a fox in this hybrid full body workout. The Define workout focuses on the integrated body and combines elements of upper and lower body toning, cardiovascular intervals, pilates and dance conditioning in a carefully thought out sequence of intense bursts of maximum effort and short active recovery. 

BREATHE

Slow down and tune into your body and breath with the gentle movement sequences and restorative stretches in this class. Learn to unwind your mind and unlock muscular tension and restriction in the body. Be guided through breathwork and mindfulness techniques to improve flexibility and achieve restorative bliss.

That means no restrictive diets, no deprivation and no boring meals. Nourishing your body should be a positive and personal experience and we are here to guide you towards finding what works for you!

COACHING

Starting with an assessment of your current state of health and wellbeing, we help identify your nutrition issues and map out your personal action plan for change. The focus of these sessions is to nurture sustainable habits and positive attitudes for individuals struggling with issues related to imbalance, chronic stress, diet, weight, fatigue, digestion and skin.

ETL VITAL CLEANSE DETOX

The ETL Vital Cleanse Detox addresses issues such as bloating, poor digestion, congestion, skin conditions, poor immunity and fatigue. By following the meal plan, you will be guided through the process of eliminating problem causing foods and introducing foods that stabilize blood acidity, support digestive, nervous and immune functions, and promote synthesis of healthy skin, hair and bones. Meals ensure a good balance of nutrients to prevent the hunger pangs, cravings and withdrawals often associated with juice cleanses and calorie restrictive diets.
