Utilizing gentle touch, breathwork and Himalayan Singing Bowls, each session works towards improving the health and balance of the nervous system and the body’s stress response. By slowing down and tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system (which is responsible for rest and recovery), this session is ideal for those who experience chronic stress, mental fatigue, anxiety, energy blockages or anyone in need of a big dose of calm.

Fitness Coaching

Specializing in pre and postnatal fitness, this 4-week program will help you connect with your changing body, build strength and support a healthy pregnancy or post-partum recovery journey with particular focus on postural alignment and correct abdominal and pelvic floor engagement. Program includes 2 in-person sessions, 4-week training plan and weekly phone check ins.
